Full planning approved February 2025. Works commenced on site March 2026. First occupations expected Q1 2027.
BUILD
Langcroft has agreed terms to enter into a JCT building contract to deliver 42 affordable homes by Q1 2028, with an additional phase of 34 homes to follow.
