Boston

The Team at Langcroft is now under contract to deliver this proposed 200 home development in Boston, Lincolnshire. It is a 9.62 ha site and will  be delivered under a land and build package for 2 large housing providers. 

There will be for 122 rental and shared ownership units and then a further 36 retirement units. Current status of the development is that full planning approval has been granted in December 2023 and a start on site expected to be January 2025. Occupation of the units are expected to be Q1/Q2 2026.
