Danny is an accomplished Senior Leader / Director with 25+ years experience within the construction sector. A former Board member and Technical Director at Westleigh Partnerships before the business was acquired by Countryside Partnerships. Danny is well placed to manage all the Technical and Construction elements of our development projects, whilst ensuring they are commercially viable.
Will has over 20 years’ construction industry experience, working in pre-construction from feasibility through to purchase and handover to construction teams. Having worked with developers, main contractors and sub-contractors. Will has also spent multiple years as a Director of a Civils and Infrastructure company. This experience gives him the ability to look at new sites and interpret designs and site investigations to find cost effective solutions.
Craig has 25 years experience in acquiring land opportunities. Craig is predominately involved in originating new land opportunities and developing new partnerships working very closely with local councils, Housing Associations and Retirement & Care providers to structure these development projects.
Rachel has joined us as a project coordinator and has a wealth of experience joining the Langcroft team from a senior position at a regional property development company. Meticulously organised with a passion for coordinating projects from inception to completion and takes pride in driving projects forward. Rachel keeps everything running on track at Langcroft.
Prav is a fully qualified chartered accountant (ICAEW), Prav boasts more than ten years of invaluable experience in catering to a diverse clientele, primarily consisting of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). His primary responsibilities at Langcroft revolve around delivering all our accounting services and facilitating our growth plan.
Ryan has agreed to initially provide equity funding across a number of deals in a clear framework. The focus of the investment is to originate, acquire and develop small to mid-size land packages that fit the strategic requirement of Registered Providers and/or private led developments, as well as investing in assisting the Langcroft Groups ambitious growth plan.
Tim has over 30 years’ experience in the UK property and is co-owner of Pygott and Crone, a leading and award-winning property consultancy in the Midlands. Pygott and Crone has 14 offices across the Midlands and London and 600 associated offices nationwide. Recently it was voted Best UK Estate Agency by the Sunday Times and Best UK Agency by the Relocation Agent Network.
