Members of the Langcroft team were brought onto the project to facilitate and realise the development from an outline planning permission. As the development management team, we developed a business plan, tactical plan and cash flow model and submitted an application for funding to the Homes and Communities Agency.
Funding was successfully achieved and we contracted and delivered the civil engineering work to successfully complete the sales to four national housebuilders for the first phase of housing, being 550 homes.
